Lights Out Extract is a liquid herbal supplement that supports a good night’s sleep.

*Burnett’s 80 proof gluten free alcohol
OR
*vegetable glycerine & distilled water

Lights Out is safe, effective, and non-habit forming and includes herbs traditionally used to encourage peaceful, restful sleep without a groggy feeling the next morning (chamomile, valerian, hops, oat straw, passion flower, & lavender).

Because sleep is so essential to our daily functioning AND one size (or formula) does not fit all, I have created another extract called Sleep Tight that also encourages a restful night’s sleep and is available in my store.

Note: Alcohol draws out more herbal properties than glycerine so the glycerine extract will not be as strong as the version made with alcohol and will not have as long a shelf life. You may also have to use more of the glycerine extract to get the same effect.
