Elderberries are well known as a powerhouse during winter cold and flu season. But, did you know that many rely on Elderberries and flowers during allergy season as well? Don’t pack this amazing herb away when cold and flu season is over! 


Just add water (and have honey standing by), follow the simple directions on the bag, and you will be enjoying this syrup in no time!

You can use 1-2 tsp up to 2-3 Tbsp daily (or more). It is also delicious by the spoonful, on pancakes, or mixed in lemonade or sparkling water!
